  • 12 operational documents describing the framework of the Management System, including process flow diagrams, their descriptions, and initially assigned participant roles

The operational documents are visually uniform. Thanks to their thoughtful and tested design, they are accessible to the end user, who can easily find the necessary information.   • Change log, dedicated to recording the document’s history
  • Purpose and scope of the document

  • Definitions referenced in the content
  • Process diagram, included in the document as an MS Visio object based on standard flowchart shapes, linked to the responsibilities of the RACI matrix
  • Process description – contains a tabular detailing of the information visualized in the process diagram. The numbering of the process description steps corresponds to the numbering of the shapes in the process diagram. The steps are linked to responsibilities based on the RACI matrix and references to attachments where applicable.
