Internal Auditor / ISO 9001:2015 System Representative Training
Two-day workshop training, during which participants focus on the analysis and interpretation of the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001:2015, issues related to audit techniques, determining root causes, and planning actions, conducted by an experienced lead auditor of ISO 27001/22301 standards, supplier auditor, long-term management system representative, and quality manager in production entities.

The training is primarily dedicated to candidates for internal auditors to achieve formal qualifications, as well as experienced auditors to improve skills and consolidate knowledge. The training scope meets the needs of individuals involved in maintaining and supervising the management system, quality department employees, representatives, management members, or those preparing the organization for certification.
The training includes 16 hours of lessons confirmed with issued internal auditor certificate for the requirements of ISO 9001:2015. During the training conducted by an experienced lead auditor of ISO 27001/22301, long-term quality management system representative, quality manager, and supplier auditor, you will learn the details of the ISO 9001:2015 requirements, get acquainted with audit issues, determine root causes, and plan actions.
The training is conducted in the form of lectures and exercises, during which participants have the opportunity to discuss and exchange experiences. Provided training materials, and workshops tasks will foster practicing:
- Audit planning
- Assigning requirements to audited areas
- Formulating questions
- Formulating observations
- Identifying and formulating non-conformities
- Determining root causes
- Building an action plan in relation to non-conformities
The first day agenda scope includes:
- Introduction to management systems according to ISO
- Detailed discussion of ISO 9001:2015 requirements
- Auditor competencies based on ISO 19011 requirements
The second day is dedicated to workshops and exercises:
- Audit planning
- Resource planning
- Meetings facilitation techniques
- Formulating observations
- Identifying non-conformities
- Identifying root causes
- Planning actions in relation to non-conformities
- Actions effectiveness check
The training ends with the issuance of a personalized internal auditor certificate for the requirements of ISO 9001:2015.
